Message from Dean
Dear visitors,
Welcome to the Nikola Subic Zrinski University College of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Management (hereinafter referred to as “University College”). It is my pleasure to be the Dean of a dynamic group of scientists, teaching and non-teaching staff, and students who have recognized the quality of our study programs and modern methods of teaching. In accordance with our mission, we provide contemporary entrepreneurial / managerial education for our students by implementing modern educational and research approach which creates values for the society. Within a relatively short history of existence, the University College has built an academic-business infrastructure for the education of a new generation of entrepreneurs / managers. Our study programs (Undergraduate Professional Study Program: Entrepreneurship Economics and Specialist Graduate Professional Studies: Small and Medium Enterprise Management and Project Management) offer a wide range of entrepreneurial compulsory and elective courses that prepare students for the management positions of small, medium and large enterprises and / or launching their own business enterprises.
The quality of our institution is based on: (a) Academic excellence (study programs, quality management system, equipment and spatial capacities and human resources), (b) Research excellence (international scientific and professional conference on education for entrepreneurship, a scientific journal of education for entrepreneurship, library and publishing), (c) Innovative excellence (dual education system, online distance learning and a mentoring network of student entrepreneurial incubator), (d) Social inclusion (informative consultative testing centers, Erasmus, international co-operation, volunteering and contribution to the society), and (e) Centers of competence (Center for Lifelong Learning, Innovation Development Project Center, BIZ – Entrepreneurial Incubator and Career Center).
